Hours: Monday to Wednesday, 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM

We’re recruiting on behalf of a brand-new Alternative Provision in Gateshead, a unique setting where education meets creativity. This provision supports 11–16-year-olds who need something different from mainstream school. It’s a calm, engaging space where learners can rebuild confidence, express themselves, and thrive both academically and emotionally.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, part-time education in small group settings
* Support learners through bespoke timetables tailored to individual needs
* Focus on creative expression, emotional growth, and confidence building
* Work collaboratively with a nurturing team in a safe and inclusive space
Qualifications and Ideal Candidates
* Experience working with young people, particularly those with SEND or SEMH needs
* A creative or therapeutic approach to education
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A genuine passion for helping students re-engage and succeed
* A passion for music production, podcasting, and creative media
