About The Team
The FP&A team plays a critical role in driving financial clarity and strategic decision-making supporting the SMB UK&I commercial leadership team. Reporting into the VP of Finance for the SMB & Platforms International business while operating as a fully cross functional partner, collaborating closely with departments such as sales, operations and product to align financial plans with business priorities.

What You'll Own As The Senior Finance Manager
This role will serve as the primary finance partner to the SMB UK business providing strategic financial leadership, rigorous analytics and decision support. This role bridges finance and operations, translating business strategy into financial plans, forecasts and performance insights that drive profitable growth.
Strategic partner to the SMB UK Commercial leadership team providing strategic insight and decision support
Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and performance management for the business unit
Ownership of Month end reporting for SMB
Be the subject matter expert for SMB, leading complex issues resolution.
Drive financial modelling and analysis for growth initiatives, pricing investments and cost optimization
Deliver clear actionable insights through KPIs, dashboards and variance analysis
Partner cross-functionally to align financial plans with operational execution and corporate standards
Provide leadership and mentorship to team analyst
What You'll Bring
8+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A or Business Partner roles.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
Proven experience supporting a business unit of P&L owners
Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive decision-making
Executive-level communication and presentation skills
Ability to balance long-term strategy with near-term execution
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
Advanced Excel skills, experience with FP&A systems and BI tools
Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualified chartered accounting (CIMA, ACA or ACCA (or equivalent)
