Overview
We’re looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our cleaning services team at the Scotia Close – Northampton Site. Whether you’re starting your career in the NHS or already experienced in cleaning, we offer training and development to help you climb the career ladder.
As a Domestic / Station Cleaner, you will follow a schedule to maintain the cleanliness of our site, support the cleaning services team, and help improve standards of cleanliness and assurance throughout our facilities.
Position Details
We have two part‑time positions available:
• Position 1 – 10 hours per week (Mon – Fri)
• Position 2 – 4 hours per week (Sat & Sun)
You may be asked to support other stations or fixed sites from time to time, either within your scheduled hours or via overtime.

Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned site following scheduled cleanings
* Support cleaning services team and improve cleaning standards and assurance across sites
* Perform physically demanding tasks such as reaching, crouching, moving between rooms and handling items
Qualifications
* Previous cleaning experience is advantageous
* Ability to work with limited supervision
* Excellent verbal communication skills, polite, reliable and responsible
* Knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH and Risk Assessments
* Compliance with standard operating procedures and organisational policies
* Willingness to undergo training and development
