Well, what about the team?
Bally’s Interactive is looking for an Affiliate Executive to join our UK and Spain Performance Marketing team to deliver against our growth objectives.
In this role the focus will be on performance-based campaigns, ensuring all campaigns are of the highest standard and continuously looking for ways to improve on the performance in order to increase ROAS. Knowledge of the gaming industry is beneficial but more important will be willingness to grow and learn to deliver effective player acquisition by leveraging data-led decision-making via excellent communication and analysis skills.
So, what will you be doing?
1. Growing and managing the affiliate database, while supporting other team members to keep growing our business as a team.
2. Being responsible for the compliance checks across all partners in line with all regulatory requirements.
3. Optimising, refining and continually improving Affiliate campaign performance and processes.
4. Collaborating with the wider marketing team and other key stakeholders to ensure activities are aligned with the customer always the first in mind.
5. Reporting and analysing data and insights teams to produce regular reports to communicate performance against agreed goals, strategies, and targets.
6. Monitoring and analysing competitor sites to identify growth and optimisation.
And what will you need?
1. Possess knowledge of the principles of affiliate marketing and or partnerships to drive acquisition.
2. Be able to prioritise workload effectively and manage multiple relationships at once.
3. Have a passion for working in affiliate and partnership marketing and an understanding of the principles of customer acquisition.
4. Be able to work within a dynamic & agile team environment.
5. Be an ambitious individual who is keen to learn & develop their skillset.
6. Have proficiency with processing data in MS excel, experience with tableau. Experience with Power BI a plus.
7. Be a natural collaborator, able to build effective relationships with stakeholders and partners.
8. Possess knowledge of the online gaming industry specifically UK Bingo, Casino and Sports betting within a sales/marketing role is desirable.
