As HR Adviser, you will play a key role in providing proactive and professional HR support across the organisation. Working closely with managers and staff, you’ll deliver effective guidance on a wide range of HR matters, helping to ensure best practice, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide advice and guidance on employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance.
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth candidate and employee experience.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Contribute to workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
* Support learning and development initiatives and staff wellbeing programmes.
About You
* Previous experience in a generalist HR role
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
* Confident in advising managers and handling ER cases independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* CIPD qualification (Level 5 or working towards) is desirable.
