We’re recruiting Engineering Apprentice to join our friendly and experienced Engineering team at our Barway site, home to our Babyleaf and Celery operation supplying major UK retailers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for school or college leavers who are curious, practical, and excited to learn how real engineering works in a live production environment.
What will you be doing?
* Helping diagnose and fix breakdowns on machinery and equipment
* Supporting planned maintenance to keep production lines running smoothly
* Learning how different machines and systems work across the site
* Getting involved in improvement projects to make equipment safer, faster, and more efficient
No previous engineering experience is needed – full training will be provided.
An interest in engineering or experience fixing things like cars, bikes, or equipment in your own time would be a great advantage.

* Offer & start date – if successful, you’ll receive an offer to start your apprenticeship from September (or earlier, depending on your circumstances)
