About the Role
Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary schools throughout Essex. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work in different school environments while making a positive impact on pupils’ learning.
Whether you’re an ECT, an experienced teacher, or returning to teaching, we have opportunities to suit your availability and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
2. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
3. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
4. Ensure pupils remain engaged, safe, and supported throughout the day
5. Provide feedback to class teachers and follow safeguarding procedures
Requirements
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
7. Experience teaching in UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
8. Strong classroom management skills
9. Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
10. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
11. Right to work in the UK
