The Role
You’ll work as part of an experienced corporate team advising on a broad range of high-quality matters including:
* Mergers & acquisitions (both buyer and seller side).
* Private equity and investment transactions.
* Corporate restructuring and reorganisations.
* Shareholder agreements and joint ventures.
* Commercial contracts and governance issues.
You’ll have the chance to work closely with partners, gain direct client contact, and play a key role in complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
About You
Our client is keen for someone who is:
* Qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland or ROI/UK jurisdiction.
* Experienced in corporate law, with the firm open to levels at jnr and mid level e.g. 1–8 years' post-qualification experience.
* Commercially minded, with strong technical skills and an interest in deal-making.
* A confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation experience.
* Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
