We are looking for a reliable and motivated Moulding Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing and production team on the night shift in Aldershot, Hampshire. This hands-on position involves operating rubber moulding presses and related machinery to produce high-quality components to precise specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in quality, and is looking for long-term career development. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. Key Responsibilities Operate moulding and press machines to set production standards Monitor quality and accurately complete all required production paperwork Report faults, issues, or inefficiencies to supervisors Maintain machinery in a clean, safe, and fully operational condition Adhere to all Health & Safety, Quality, and ISO 9001:2015 procedures Keep the work area tidy, organised, and audit-ready Work flexibly across departments when required Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving activities Skills & Experience Preferred: Experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operative, Press Operator, or Factory Worker Basic understanding of health and safety and quality control processes Essential: Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Flexible and willing to learn Able to work well as part of a team Physically fit capable of standing for long periods and performing manual handling tasks Whats on Offer Competitive pay starting at £15.56 Holiday pay = £17.44 per hour 7:00 pm to 7.00am Monday to Friday (one-hour unpaid lunch break and 2 x 10-min paid breaks) Pay increases after 12 weeks and again after 6 months Full training and ongoing career progression 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Night shift premium pay Friendly and supportive working environment Long-term, full-time employment opportunity How to Apply If youre looking for a night shift manufacturing role with excellent pay and long-term potential, wed love to hear from you.
