Job Summary:
The Responsible Sourcing Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating sustainability efforts within the company. This position involves working closely with various departments to ensure compliance with sustainability goals, managing data related to environmental impact, and assisting in the implementation of sustainable practices across the organisation.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Management of supplier audits to ensure compliance with LDH and customer ethical requirements.
2. Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement corrective action plans.
3. Manage audit trackers and chase suppliers to ensure audits are booked on time and NCs are closed within the recommended date.
4. Update and communicate progress with customers.
