As a Service Administrator, you will monitor and oversee customer vehicles, update records and the Live Platform in alignment with the engineer’s schedule and completed jobs. You will also support and answer queries made by customers and other members of staff on the Live platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day to day support for major customers HFR compliance.
* Supporting and updating internal systems and records in alignment with engineers’ schedules and completed jobs.
* Communicate directly with customers to provide updates and maintain accurate records based on client interactions.
* Respond to customer queries via telephone and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution or escalation to relevant team members.
* Generate, analyse, and manipulate Excel reports for specific vehicle fleets using data from the in-house platform.
* Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar administration or service role, preferably within the construction or plant hire industry.
* Excellent organisational skills with a strong ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality records and documentation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
* Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
* Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Knowledge of plant and construction equipment, including terminology and specifications, would be beneficial.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Willingness to learn and stay updated with new software features and functionalities.
