Reporting to the College Bursar and managing a team of senior departmental leads, the postholder will ensure high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance and financial sustainability across a complex operational environment.

Given this expansion, strong facilities and buildings management experience is essential. The successful candidate will oversee statutory compliance, maintenance planning, contractor management, health and safety, and audit preparation across an increasingly complex estate.
