Your new company We are seeking an Engineering Planner for a large manufacturer based in South Norfolk. The role is critical in ensuring that maintenance activities are efficiently planned, scheduled, and executed to maximise equipment reliability, minimise downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Your new role Utilising the site ERP system (SAP) you will develop, update and manage the engineering maintenance plans and work orders. You will schedule preventative and corrective maintenance working closely with production teams to ensure minimal disruption. You will generate reports for materials used, work completion and maintenance KPIs. You will closely monitor material stock locations, receive, inspect and issue materials, tools and spare parts, ensuring accurate stock levels in SAP and perform stock takes as required. You will co-ordinate with suppliers and logistics for delivery schedules and returns, ensuring stock levels are available and reduce the impact on production or engineering teams. What you'll need to succeed Proficiency in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module. Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies. Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and asset management principles. Stock control for critical spares, liaising with suppliers and arranging logistics.
