As the Retail Shop Manager, you will:
* Lead a team of staff and volunteers, fostering a positive, collaborative, and customer-centric work environment.
* Oversee all aspects of shop operations, including stock management, sales, customer service, and loss prevention.
* Achieve ambitious sales targets and implement strategies to maximise shop performance.
* Deliver online selling on platforms.
* Build strong relationships with customers, resolving inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
* Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
* Deliver community engagement to share the understanding of Headways services.
To be successful, you will possess:
* Retail management experience, preferably in a charity setting.
* A strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* The ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
* Proficiency in retail technology systems a plus.
