The Role This leading department is seeking to recruit a 5 PQE Construction Associate to join them, based in Cheshire. Due to the department's standing in the North-West and the affluent areas surrounding the office, you will have access to a strong quality workload. Your day-to-day work will include managing a caseload consisting of professional appointments, building contracts and sub-contracts, third party rights and collateral warranties, and lease and development agreements. You will receive ongoing tailored learning and development opportunities which will help to secure your pathway to future Partnership at the practice.
