The role includes wound care, palliative care, IV drug administration, medication and injection administration, diabetes management and many other diverse skills.

Working Hours & Shifts
Expectations include working weekends, late shifts and bank holidays on a pro‑rata basis. Late shifts cover until 8 pm.

Team & Location
Our friendly District Nursing team in Bridport and Lyme are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual who wishes to provide a high standard of nursing care to people in their own homes. Full training and support will be offered to the successful candidate.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Must be able to drive and have access to a car.
* Employment requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants with a DBS update service subscription may present a valid DBS certificate instead of a new check.
