Our configurable LIMS help customers manage laboratory workflow efficiently, with features like dynamic reporting, barcoding, and regulatory compliance.
Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for an experienced Senior Technical Sales Support Specialist within a fast-growing software company. The candidate will configure software demo systems across various industries and organizations, from small businesses to global pharmaceutical companies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather requirements, configure, and demonstrate Autoscribe software based on customer/prospect needs.
* Conduct on-site and off-site demonstrations, including software design, customer workshops, presentations, data modeling, technical architecture, and report writing.
* Act as a product expert during demonstrations, ensuring alignment with prospects' requirements and industry standards.
* Understand and document prospects’ functional requirements and configure the software accordingly.
* Design customer-specific reports using reporting tools.
* Extend functionalities to other products like LIMSLink as needed.
* Validate demo systems, ensuring workflows function correctly before deployment.
* Assist in managing demo systems and participate in technical seminars and user meetings.
* Travel to distributor companies for demo training and seminars.

Experience and Skills:
* Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.
* Experience with SQL Server and laboratory environments is beneficial.
* Knowledge of Crystal Reporting (training provided if necessary).
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
* Excellent customer-facing skills.
* Fast learner with a full driving license, as some travel may be required.
