This is your chance to take the reins of complex, multi-project programmes and lead a high-performing team to success.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nDefine, lead, and deliver large-scale programmes (5–10 projects, £1m–£10m budgets)\n\t\nWork closely with senior execs to shape programmes from idea to execution\n\t\nLead and develop a team of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers\n\t\nOwn the full programme lifecycle: scope, plan, resource, budget, risks, governance, and benefits\n\t\nUse Agile, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies to deliver rapid and safe change\n\t\nChampion continuous improvement across the Programme Delivery function\n\t\nAct as a trusted advisor and change leader across brands within the Group\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n\nEssential:\n\nProven track record delivering complex programmes with interdependent projects in a change environment\n\t\nStrong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams\n\t\nExcellent stakeholder management – confident influencing at C-suite level\n\t\nExpertise in programme governance, controls, financial management, risk handling\n\t\nDeep knowledge of Agile, Lean, and traditional PM methodologies\n\t\nExperience working in virtual teams and navigating ambiguity\n\nDesirable:\n\nInsurance or financial services experience (broking a plus)\n\t\nFormal programme management qualification\n\nWho You Are\n\nA results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments\n\t\nA natural collaborator with gravitas and the confidence to challenge upwards\n\t\nPassionate about people development, innovation, and continuous improvement
