As a Supply Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons during teacher absences, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive and focused classroom atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment. Support pupils in completing work and staying engaged. Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour. Represent the agency and schools professionally at all times. Requirements A genuine interest in education and supporting young people. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Confidence to lead classes independently.
