Class 2 Drivers
£300 Bonus - Payable after completion of 15 Shifts
TM Scotland Driving are seeking reliable and professional Class 1 drivers to join our team to help support a well-known logistics company.
Operating out of our clients depots based in East Kilbride, we require Class 2 Day shift drivers for doing day shift deliveries, this can be a variety of different contracts from delivering to supermarkets, care homes high street shops and industrial estates, do flexibility is key. the vehicles are curtain-sided and some loads may be fork lifted off, but experience of curtains and ratchets and straps is preferred. some deliveries may also involve being taken off with pallet truck and this may also involve some hand balling
We also require Class 1 Night shift drivers for Single Man Trunking, starting at 18.00 each night, working Monday to Friday, this will include a straight trailer swap to Preston and back.
This work can be ongoing work each week for the right candidate and will be booked week to week.
Pay Rates:
* Days - £15.00 Per Hour
* Nights - £16.00 Per Hour
* Saturday - £17.00 Per Hour
* Sunday and Bank Holiday - £18.00 Per Hour
Responsibilities within our clients as a Class 2:
* Perform Deliveries in a timely and professional manner
* Strong understanding of Drivers' hours and WTD Regulations
* Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point.
* Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies
* Ensure safe handling and delivery of customer products
* Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently,

What we require for you to be considered:
* Minimum of 1 year Class 2 experience
* A Class 2 (C) Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points (No DR or IN Endorsements)
* A valid Digital Tachograph
* A valid Drivers CPC Card
* A flexible attitude the ability to work in a team and the ability to adapt to varying schedules
