The successful candidate will help shape and enhance business processes, actively supporting the successful execution of strategic and operational projects. In this role, youll collaborate closely with business users, project teams, and technical stakeholders to analyse and improve business processes. Youll also provide hands-on support for project management activities, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of both business and systems projects. Additionally, youll play a key role in coordinating essential functions within the Project Management Office (PMO), including managing documentation and ensuring compliance with internal governance frameworks. When required, you may take on project management responsibilities, demonstrating flexibility and leadership across a range of initiatives. What Youll Need Proven experience working in a Business Analyst role within a project-focused environment. Strong background in using a variety of investigation techniques including document analysis, workshop facilitation, and analytical tools to define business problems and requirements. Experience in documenting and managing changes across business cases, business processes, and business requirements using industry-standard tools. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience working with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Desirable Attributes Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong organisational ability, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
