We are a busy metal treatments company, working in aerospace/defence sectors and we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Duties
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
* Provide support for clients regarding product information, order status, and service issues.
* Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain a positive customer experience.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately while managing multiple customer accounts.
* Conduct outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer requests or feedback.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes.
Experience
* Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills is essential.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
