Overview
As a Head of Servicing Operations you will lead a highly efficient and effective regulated and unregulated Operations Servicing and complaints function embedding a culture of success that delivers for customers, colleagues, stakeholders, investors, regulators and communities. You will be implementing an appropriate range of strategies, plans and operational levels that lead to sustained measurable success.
Responsibilities
* Deliver against operational plans so that the business can reach its strategic objectives, create a customer centric culture and deliver good outcomes for customers
* Manage across the servicing operations function balanced scorecard demonstrating appropriate customer outcomes are delivered and financial, regulatory and business targets are achieved
* Maintain the reputation of the firm and deliver appropriate customer outcomes by championing high standards of conduct and delivery
* Maintain effective contact strategies in line with agreed business requirements which supports customers and complies with regulatory requirements
* Exercise skill, care and diligence as a member of the leadership team providing information, insight and challenge to support achievement of annual objectives
* Own and manage budgets to meet required services and activities
* Ensure colleagues have the appropriate skills and knowledge to enable good performance now and in the future, supporting career development and succession planning across the firm
Qualifications
* Experience of leading a high performing front line customer operation
* Proven delivery against balanced scorecard targets
* Exceptional leadership and coaching skills to enable a high performing team
* Networking, collaboration and strategic thinking skills that facilitate seeing beyond immediate goals
* An active supporter of change, and able to create a continuous improvement environment where new ways of working are encouraged and developed.
