As a permanent employee of Peregrine, with access to all our standard benefits, you will be deployed across our portfolio of clients as a specialist consultant, working on a wide array of complex projects across multiple industries. Responsibilities: Define, plan, manage and deliver a medium - large project across the lifecycle; from campaigns to new business proposals, product design and development to production, bidding for follow-on contracts to in-service support. You will lead, motivate and influence multi-disciplined teams across the matrix organisation to achieve the business success criteria for your project(s). You will implement effective monitoring and controls to ensure all schedule, budget, quality and financial objectives are achieved. You will pro-actively manage the risks and opportunities for you project(s), working with your teams to identify and close out mitigation and promotion plans in a timely manner. You will develop clear and concise reports on your project(s) performance and frequently present to your project team(s), the business leadership team and our customer. You will be collaborating with various stakeholders to drive effective problem solving. You will nurture and evolve relationships internally and externally, including your team members, the suppliers and our customer. Some travel will be required to various sites and globally on an ad-hoc basis. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in the successful delivery of complex project(s) across two or more areas of the lifecycle Campaigns & new business proposals and / or product design & development and / or production and / or in-service support. Project management experience in the Aerospace and Defence or similar industry. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships, lead, influence and motivate others.
