Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA are looking to recruit a People and Culture Manager for a brand new property at Manchester Airport.
Offering a modern feel and experience aimed at the 'Gen Z' market, this new build hotel is located just outside Manchester airport and is the first of its kind in the UK under the TRIBE brand.
Once complete, the nine-storey, 12,300m2 hotel will feature 412 rooms and suites, restaurant and bar and a gym. As a key part of this Launch, were looking to recruit a People and Culture Manager to join the hotel at it’s pre-opening stage ahead of a Summer 2024 launch.

A day in the life of…
* This role will see you form an essential part of the hotel’s leadership team, working as a figurehead for people and culture on site, you'll be tasked with ensuring there a first class employee experience, from onboarding to performance and capability through to offboarding.
* You will be accountable for the delivery of HR strategy and development of the team.
* You'll be the first line of contact for our colleagues, ensuring a robust recruitment and retention strategy is implemented within the business, with an eye on developing and retaining future talent.
* You will ensure all colleague training is up to date and a culture of team engagement is fostered throughout the business across all areas of the hotel.
* You’ll work closely with the established off-site HR Shared services team to deliver quick resolution to common and complex HR queries.
What do we need from you?
Previous experience within a HR management role is essential, you'll be up to date and engaged with changes in the greater HR sector and a champion of growing future talent and staff engagement.
