The process engineer is responsible for supporting, developing, and implementing assembly manufacturing processes in order to continually improve quality performance.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Addresses manufacturability concerns without disrupting customers- development schedules.
Reviews, critiques new job releases.
- Reviews, captures and communicates DFM issues to the customer and provides
recommendations.
- Works with documentation to create build and visual aid package.
- Works with documentation to interpret engineering change orders.
- Works with process engineering to ensure the introduction of product into manufacturing.
- Works with manufacturing to determine in process DFM issues and feeds back to the
customer.
- Maintains current knowledge of applicable external standards. Acts as subject matter expert
when representing company in cross functional client meetings.
- Continually mindful clients¿ expectations are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of production related processes & manufacturing
equipment while repeatedly manufacturing complex products.
- Maintain ESD controls
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor¿s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electronic
Engineering.
- At least seven years related experience required.
- Position requires candidate to be a U.S. person as defined in 22 CFR .62 (U.S. Citizenship or
Resident Alien Status).
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
