About NOVA

NOVA Wealth is a fast-growing start-up looking to change the face of financial advice in the UK. We believe a human adviser should be at the heart of every client relationship; by leveraging technology, we empower advisers to deliver higher service levels and reduce day-to-day admin. We’re building a game-changing offering in the advice industry to deliver better customer outcomes at a lower cost, and we partner with the UK’s leading companies to bring financial wellbeing directly to their employees.

The role

At NOVA, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Financial Wellbeing Partnerships Lead to build and scale our corporate wellbeing offering. This is a critical role where you will own the entire B2B partnerships channel, focusing on tech and professional services firms. You will bring our comprehensive financial wellbeing package — including expert-led workshops, confidential 1-to-1 sessions with qualified financial planners, and access to digital tools — to new corporate partners. This is an opportunity for a self-starter to build a vital growth engine for our business and tangibly improve the financial health of thousands of employees.

What you’ll be doing

* Own the Partnership Lifecycle: Develop the strategy for and manage the end-to-end B2B sales process, from identifying target companies to onboarding and managing long-term partner relationships
* Targeted Outreach: Proactively build a strong pipeline of new partnership opportunities, with a primary focus on high-growth technology companies and established professional services firms
* Build Key Relationships: Forge and nurture strong connections with key stakeholders at target companies, primarily within HR, People, and Benefits teams, acting as their trusted consultant for financial wellbeing
* Deliver Compelling Solutions: Articulate the value of NOVA’s unique wellbeing offering, delivering pitches and proposals that address a partner’s workforce needs
* Internal Collaboration: Work with our team of financial advisers to coordinate workshops and 1-to-1 sessions for a seamless, high-impact experience for our partners’ employees

Requirements

* Experience in B2B Partnerships or Employee Benefits: demonstrable track record in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management; experience selling into HR/People teams within employee benefits is essential
* Partner-centric: ability to build strong professional relationships, understand partner needs, and deliver exceptional service
* Entrepreneurial Mindset: comfortable building a new business channel in a fast-growing startup with innovative thinking and commercial acumen
* Team-player: capable of collaborating across the company and providing constructive feedback
* Integrity: ability to handle highly confidential and personal data with high standards of integrity and professionalism
* Financial Services Acumen: strong understanding of the UK financial services landscape (pensions, investments, financial planning concepts); formal advice qualification is not required

You’ll feel right at home if you’re…

* Helpful: show kindness and go out of your way to help others
* Straightforward: keep things simple when possible
* Bold: bring ideas and take initiative to drive growth

Benefits

* Join a firm with genuine purpose and impact on customers, with a strong moral code
* Competitive salary + benefits (bonus, pension, private medical, income protection, death in service)
* Potential to receive equity in the company in the future
* Access to Wellness / mental health support (Headspace App + private medical support)
* Budget for additional learning / cost of exams
* Electric vehicle leasing through salary sacrifice / cycle to work scheme
