About NOVA
NOVA Wealth is a fast-growing start-up looking to change the face of financial advice in the UK. We believe a human adviser should be at the heart of every client relationship; by leveraging technology, we empower advisers to deliver higher service levels and reduce day-to-day admin. We’re building a game-changing offering in the advice industry to deliver better customer outcomes at a lower cost, and we partner with the UK’s leading companies to bring financial wellbeing directly to their employees.
The role
At NOVA, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Financial Wellbeing Partnerships Lead to build and scale our corporate wellbeing offering. * Build Key Relationships: Forge and nurture strong connections with key stakeholders at target companies, primarily within HR, People, and Benefits teams, acting as their trusted consultant for financial wellbeing
* Deliver Compelling Solutions: Articulate the value of NOVA’s unique wellbeing offering, delivering pitches and proposals that address a partner’s workforce needs
* Internal Collaboration: Work with our team of financial advisers to coordinate workshops and 1-to-1 sessions for a seamless, high-impact experience for our partners’ employees
Requirements
* Experience in B2B Partnerships or Employee Benefits: demonstrable track record in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management; experience selling into HR/People teams within employee benefits is essential
* Partner-centric: ability to build strong professional relationships, understand partner needs, and deliver exceptional service
* Entrepreneurial Mindset: comfortable building a new business channel in a fast-growing startup with innovative thinking and commercial acumen

* Integrity: ability to handle highly confidential and personal data with high standards of integrity and professionalism
* Financial Services Acumen: strong understanding of the UK financial services landscape (pensions, investments, financial planning concepts); formal advice qualification is not required
You’ll feel right at home if you’re…
