Job Description
We’re looking for a Digital Construction Manager to join our Design team based in Penrith. The team offers professional support and solutions development services to a diverse range of teams and businesses within Kier.
Location: Penrith, Cumbria
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading on digital strategy implementation across major projects.
* Managing BIM execution plans and supporting information exchange requirements.
* Handling risks and resolving issues affecting project delivery.
* Liaising and engaging with clients and third parties regarding BIM and digital delivery.
* Ensuring the use of the common data environment, managing, sharing and exchanging information, and adhering to ISO 19650 across relevant projects.
Required Qualifications:
* Proven knowledge of BIM standards, emerging software, and industry developments, including ISO 19650, ADMM, and National Highways standards.
* Skilled in the design review process, model management, and leading BIM clash detection processes and meetings, including resolution.
* Demonstrable experience in delivering infrastructure or building projects, managing multiple processes/schemes, and delivering high quality within tight deadlines.
