Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
* Lead the monthly SIOP process, ensuring alignment of demand forecasting, capacity planning, material management, and resource allocation.
* Oversee manufacturing operations to achieve production schedules, cost targets, and quality standards.
* Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity, utilisation, and efficiency while minimising waste.
* Work closely with senior leadership on operational initiatives aligned to customer requirements.
* Implement technology and process solutions to improve efficiency and delivery performance.
