This Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician is working for one of the UK's leading vehicle breakdown companies who provide a first-class service to thousands of customers. Details
* Location: covering the broader Norwich area
* Salary: £35,000 basic, with time and a half overtime; yearly earnings tend to average between £43,000 - £53,000
* Hours: 40 hours rota'd across Monday to Sunday. Earliest start time 6am, latest finish time 12am with a mandatory 12 hour rest period between shifts

Responsibilities
* Attend breakdowns to diagnose issues and work on vehicles to get them back on the road or return them to the workshop
* Identify problems and advise the customer on the vehicle's issues
* Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics
* Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of the business
Qualifications
* Ideally Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician in Light Vehicle Maintenance, but not essential
* Minimum Level 2 qualification to be considered
* Must hold a full UK driving licence
