I am looking for a Senior Vet to join and partner with a dedicated Clinical Director in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting team growth, and contributing to the ongoing success of a highly reputable, RCVS-accredited companion animal practice in the popular town of Kirkcaldy, Fife. The Practice My client is a committed small animal practice offering a comprehensive range of services, including ophthalmology referrals, orthopaedic surgery, and advanced medicine. They proudly hold a Gold ISFM accreditation, bronze Investors in the Environment award, and are an RCVS-accredited training practice. The practice also supports new graduate development and has strong links with local universities and training colleges. You’ll be working with a skilled and supportive team of vets and nurses – many with postgraduate certificates – who value collaboration, mentorship, and a pet-friendly culture where staff are welcome to bring their pets to work. The Role This role is ideal for someone looking to lead with purpose in a practice that empowers independent decision-making, mentorship, and clinical progression.
