Welcome to the SMR Division! Unlike traditional roadside rescue, our focus is on delivering planned, structured repairs and servicing directly to our members—right from their driveway or workplace car park. Say goodbye to emergency callouts and unpredictable shifts!

Your Daily Responsibilities
Your day will kick off with a clear digital schedule, and you’ll be responsible for:
* Routine servicing
* Advanced diagnostics
* In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
* Providing member advice and recommendations
* Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
With everything you need from day one—a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, and tools—you’ll be set to deliver quality work efficiently!

What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
