Description About the role Getting Stuck In is one of our key values, and thats exactly what this role is all about. As a Team Member Plus, you wont be tied to one department. Instead, youll work across the resort supporting different teams and helping deliver a fantastic experience for our guests. No two days are the same. Youll spend Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodation, with the rest of your week taking you into areas like sports & activities, restaurants & quick-serve food, buffets, bars & shops, or the fairground. There may be times youll work in more than one of these areas. About You Were looking for enthusiastic, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning new skills and working with others. No previous experience is needed what matters most is your attitude, your energy, a willingness to get stuck in, and a genuine passion for making a difference to our guests.
