What You'll Be Doing

* Develop high-performing creative for paid media (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google) and social content that drives engagement and conversions.
* Blend brand storytelling with performance-driven design, from concept to final cut.
* Lead and grow a creative team, fostering talent, setting standards, and building scalable processes.
* Partner closely with performance marketing to test, iterate, and optimise assets for ROI.
About You
* 8+ years in a senior creative role, ideally within a DTC or high-growth consumer brand.
* Proven experience delivering high-converting performance creative at scale, including international
* Strong portfolio of brand campaigns, storytelling formats, and content that drives measurable results, preferably in a premium price point category.
* Confident directing large-scale productions and agile, creator-led shoots.
* Inspirational leader with operational know how to build and scale a creative function.
