HVAC Design Director (Hard FM / Mechanical)
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Quarterly Bonus + £6,000 Car Allowance

Are you a Design Manager, Commercial Manager, Director or similar from a HVAC background looking to be recognised for your expertise and achievements in a senior leadership position? The Role:
* Working with clients from initial consultation to completion
* Pre-Contact stage oversight and sign-off responsibility
* Post-Contract responsibility from initial review through to procurement, sub-contractors and technical design sign-off
* Developing commissioning schedule and managing the process through to MEP training
The Person:
* Design Manager, Commercial Manager, Director or similar
* Full knowledge of the HVAC industry
* Looking for a Senior Leadership position
