Role Overview
The Digital Director will work together with global Dyson clients and local markets to help translate their vision for digital into desired outcomes and work on implementing this vision locally. You will be responsible for defining and operationalising Global strategy and ensuring best‑in‑class delivery against an ambitious digital roadmap.
Reporting into the Global Digital Lead you will set ambitious goals to advance Dyson’s digital maturity and reach across digital channels.
Responsibilities
* Advise senior global and local clients on shifts in the digital space and deliver outstanding media and digital performance.
* Operationalise global strategy and ensure best‑in‑class delivery against the digital roadmap.
* Set ambitious goals to advance digital maturity and reach across digital channels.
* Activate and operate digital campaigns across a variety of channels.
* Manage client relationships and various stakeholders.
* Work and collaborate with internal teams (digital operations, strategic planning, data and privacy and analytics teams) as well as external client and vendor partners.
* Liaise with teams in different parts of the world to ensure smooth delivery.
* Develop a programmatic roadmap that answers, develops and solves clients’ business goals.
Qualifications
* Experience operating and activating digital campaigns across a variety of channels.
* Exceptional client leadership and communication skills.
* Strong problem‑solving ability and willingness to share opinions.
* Digital subject‑matter expert focused on performance, ideally with e‑commerce experience.
* Clear, concise communicator with gravitas.
* Ability to inspire change and transformation within clients.
* Experience interacting with detailed and big‑picture stakeholders.
