An experienced Supply Chain Coordinator is required by our client a Fresh Produce Distributor based in Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled and stock used in the most efficient way and to provide support to the commercial team regarding the various stages of the Supply Chain. Participating in continual improvement projects that will help drive success in their commercial and operational functions. This role may have a combination of the accountabilities or may focus on one area of the Supply Chain. Supply Chain is their Air Traffic Control Tower, where you will be the crucial link between the commercial and operational teams, making and adjusting plans to match their stock production plans and customer demand. Liaising with sales, procurement, technical and operations, this is a great opportunity to see all aspects of the cut aand thrust of their day to day business. The perfect Supply Chain Coordinator would have:
* High Attention to detail, with the ability to self organise and prioritise daily tasks, under time pressure.
* Problem solving skills to balance customer requirements with operational limitations and, where needed, offer alternative solutions.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Ability to build rapport with customers through good understanding of our stock position and ability to anticipate risks and opportunities.
* Able to carry out detailed analysis and present in a way that is easily understood throughout the business.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and ability to analyse data is required.
Desirable:
