* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within an estate agency
* Strong background in residential sales and valuations
* Demonstrable success in leading and developing a team
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Commercially aware with strong business acumen
* Professional, organised, and results‑focused approach
* Knowledge of the Hampshire property market advantageous
* Full UK driving licence essential
