Finance Manager – Wigan
Join GXO as a Finance Manager working alongside Heinz to deliver commercial performance, drive profitability, and maximize retention. The role requires leadership of a finance team, overseeing multi‑site financial reporting with accuracy and insight.
Full‑time, permanent, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00. Hybrid with requirement to be onsite 4 days a week; alternative hours 08:00–16:00 or 08:30–16:30 are welcomed.

Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop the finance team to build capability and drive high performance.
* Partner with the business to deliver meaningful insight that supports growth and opportunity development.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure service delivery and contractual commitments are met.
* Embed a strong commercial framework while ensuring full adherence to contract requirements.
* Collaborate across teams, including HR and customer stakeholders, and actively contribute to meetings to support effective operations.
