Responsibilities
* Providing full secretarial support to the conveyancing team, preparing legal documents and correspondence
* Handling audio typing and document formatting, managing diaries, appointments, and case files
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties
* Supporting the progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing
* Strong audio typing and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and organisation
* Confident communication skills and a professional manner with clients
* Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
This is a temporary long‑term opportunity, working full‑time hours and based in offices within the Llandudno area. Salary is dependent on experience, starting from £12.21 per hour.
