Haystack is on the lookout for a full-time Admin & Social Media Assistant to join our growing team, based at our Swansea city centre office. This is a varied role for someone who is organised, creative, and ready to take ownership of both behind-the-scenes admin and our online presence.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing and updating diaries for the Owner and Operations Manager.
* Assisting with day-to-day admin tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
* Creating and editing TikToks and other social media content to showcase the Haystack brand.
* Supporting with scheduling, organisation, and communication across the team.
* Getting involved in other projects as needed – no two days are the same
What we're looking for:
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Confident with social media platforms (especially TikTok) and basic editing tools.
* A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in.
* Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

* Hours: Monday – Friday, full time.
* Location: Swansea City Centre office.
* Salary: To be discussed, based on experience.
