We are looking for a part time customer assistant to assist with our daily operations for a busy coffee shop whilst interacting with customers to ensure they have a positive experience during their time at Wilma's.
This role will involve a host of daily tasks; from serving customers with a smile which includes using the till and boxing orders, waiting & cleaning tables, assembling packaging, restocking, washing up, plating food & drinks as well as making drinks such as milkshakes, teas, smoothies and more.
The correct candidate will have availability to work Saturdays & Sundays (or either depending on the staff requirements). Candidates that can work additional days in peak periods such as school holidays will be of value to their application.
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, confident & polite with strong conversation skills. They should possess a strong attention to detail, be productive & friendly whilst being able to cope well under pressure. Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential should the candidate be a fast learner.
Please note, this role may require shifts in our Rayleigh & Southend shops also.
