Are you a Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or Lawyer looking to join a leading Kent practice working 2‑3 days a week from home? We are seeking a Solicitor (NQ+), Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who can manage a caseload that includes freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site work and related commercial property matters.
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold property transactions.
* Provide advice and support on commercial leasehold work, including landlord and tenant matters.
* Handle site and development-related property enquiries.
* Use the firm’s Case Management system to keep accurate records and meet client deadlines.
* Deliver high‑quality service to clients while working to targets and contributing to the team’s success.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ+), CILEX, FILEX or equivalent Licensed Conveyancer.
* 5+ years’ experience in residential and commercial property law is desirable, particularly with freehold and leasehold transactions.
* Experience using case management systems and meeting performance targets.
* Strong communication skills and a proven track record of client service.
* Right to work in the UK – this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
