PA / Executive Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
The role is to cover maternity leave, starting in January 2026 with the potential to make the role permanent at the end of the maternity leave period.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries.
* Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and correspondence.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes when required.
* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
* Run personal and professional errands as needed.
* Organise documents, records, and files (digital and physical).
* Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
* Assist with event planning, reservations, and logistics.
* Perform ad hoc administrative and personal tasks to support day‑to‑day operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
