Mechanical Engineering Manager Kingston – 3 days pw on site ***SC Clearance is required for this role, the requirement is Sole British national *** Copello are working with a defence company who are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead the Mechanical Engineering function. You’ll oversee the development and support of mechanical and electromechanical products across the full lifecycle, from design and analysis through to manufacture readiness and in‑service support. You’ll be responsible for capability, performance and continuous improvement within the Mechanical team, ensuring high‑quality delivery across multiple defence programmes. Your leadership will directly support critical UK and international mission systems.
