The Role: The Rugby Football Union is looking for an experienced Membership Account Executive, who will play a key role in account management of Debenture members and contributing to the sale and renewal of England Rugby Debenture products as well as supporting the wider Premium sales team when required. Reporting into the Debenture Memberships Manager, the role holder will be integral to growing and developing the Debenture membership product, enhancing the member experience. Working closely with the Debenture sales team, across renewal campaigns and increasing membership retention, as well as implementing the Debenture membership benefits programme. The Team: The England Rugby Debenture Team is responsible for managing and supporting Debenture Members, who have priority access to tickets for matches at Allianz Stadium. This team plays a key role in ensuring an excellent experience for circa 6000 Debenture members, handling renewals, sales, and customer service inquiries while also working closely with hospitality and ticketing teams. Some key responsibilities include: Contribute to renewal campaigns for assigned premium Debenture membership accounts Manage Debenture membership benefits programme, planning and executing exclusive events and experiences. Work closely with internal teams (ticketing, hospitality partners, finance) to ensure seamless operations Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell premium seating and hospitality experiences Attend meetings and coordinate timelines for Debenture renewal projects, keeping the renewal on track. Work closely with the marketing team to promote membership benefits Updating finance documents ready for reporting when needed Process transactions, application forms and payments related to Debenture sales Working with the Membership services executive to ensure renewal admin is completed Assist the Debenture membership manager to provide insights on sales performance and contribute to forecasting reports Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of the current strategic, business and operational plans. Well organised and thorough, working well under pressure and must be self- motivated.
