The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Sous Chef who thrives in a busy service environment.
Working alongside the Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in leading the kitchen during high-volume service while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency, and confidently run the kitchen when the Head Chef is off.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Running sections during busy services
* Supporting the Head Chef with daily operations
* Maintaining high food standards under pressure
* Assisting with ordering, stock control & prep
* Training and supporting junior chefs
What We Need From You
* Experience as a Sous Chef
* Ability to handle busy, high-pressure services
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Positive attitude and team mentality
* Pride in consistency and standards
What You Get
* £34,000 plus depending on experience
* Strong tips via tronc (paid separately)
* 45 hours over 4.5 days
