Real Estate Disputes Partner – Legal 500 Firm – Mole Valley, Surrey
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Real Estate Disputes lawyer to join a highly respected Dispute Resolution team based in the Mole Valley area.

You will take ownership of a varied caseload, including:
* Landlord and tenant disputes
* Acting for businesses, professional practices and private clients
* A mix of commercial and residential property litigation matters
You will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE
* Demonstrate the ability to run matters autonomously
* Ideally bring an existing client following but not essential
* Have experience managing staff and delegating work effectively
