Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Solihull office. The realistic OTE for this role is £26,000 - £28,000 (uncapped commission).
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
* Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
* Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
* Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
* Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness
* Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.
