The Opportunity:
This company works with brands you see every day, helping them engage and convert more consumers with exciting digital content.
Supporting globally recognised brands across retail, ecommerce, automotive, and more, you’ll be the day-to-day contact and strategic lead for a portfolio of approximately 18 accounts worth £1 million ARR.
Joining an existing team of 3, you’ll focus on platform usage, performance, and storytelling, turning data into insights!
Your responsibilities include managing all post-onboarding activities and collaborating with the senior team and sales for contractual renewals and account growth. You will have accountability but will be fully supported to succeed.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a customer success role within the SaaS industry.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment.
* Proficient in high-touch customer management, engaging regularly with clients to deliver value.
* Data-savvy with the ability to tell compelling stories to create value.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Enthusiastic about learning and self-improvement, with a humble attitude.
* Experience working for or with globally recognised brands (retail, ecommerce, automotive) at head office level.
* Experience using Customer Success Platforms such as Planhat, Gainsight, or Churnzero.
* Experience working with marketing, brand, or digital content decision-makers.
